ARTIST : FULL ECLIPSE

ALBUM : IN PLACE OF POWER

RELEASED : 9TH FEBRUARY 2024

I recently had the pleasure of listening to this new twelve track album from Full Eclipse. Filled with powerful electronic tracks, accompanied by rich and captivating vocals as well as the mesmerising instrumentals that take the album into different dreamscapes. From start to finish, this album took me on a musical journey that I will not soon forget.
The electronic beats and production on this album are top-notch, with each track showcasing a unique blend of synth and bass that kept me engaged and moving to the rhythm. The use of different electronic elements throughout the album added depth and dimension to the overall sound, making each track stand out in its own way.
But what truly sets this album apart is the incorporation of the smooth saxophone melodies on the tracks, 'Current Sky' & 'Welcome Home'. They add a soulful touch to the electronic tracks and create a perfect balance between the two genres.
The vocals on this album are nothing short of exceptional. The artist's voice is powerful and emotive, relatable, adding a layer of depth to the already mesmerizing sound.
One of my favorite tracks on the album is 'Current Sky,' which perfectly combines all the elements of the album into one addictive and catchy tune. The smooth sax, electronic beats, and captivating vocals all come together to create a truly unforgettable track.
Overall, this album is a must-listen for any electronic music lover. The powerful tracks, smooth sax, and rich vocals make for an incredible listening experience that will leave you wanting more. I highly recommend giving this album a listen and adding it to your playlist. It's a true masterpiece that deserves all the praise it receives.

The synth project Proletarian Poetry from Gothenburg, Sweden, releases its first single on the major streaming services. The song Demonize Dehumanize is about the horrific war going on in Gaza.

Proletarian Poetry was originally a music project based in Jämtland's dark forests in the 1990s, which was involved in local and frequently live synth-goth bands such as Abnormal Obsession and The Abnormalized (belongs, according to the local press, to "the county's rock heroes").

In 2023 we decided to recreate the project and make new music. Demonize Dehumanize is the first release from the EP's The World We Live In, due later this spring.
